Exclusive Agreement Covers UK, Ireland and Key European Markets
CARSON CITY, Nev. & WESTBURY, England — February 6, 2026 — Evolve Lubricants, Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of plant-based oils and sustainable lubricants, today announced a long-term strategic manufacturing and distribution partnership with Nova Motorsport, the motorsport and ultra-high-performance manufacturer of Avon Tires, operating through SPC Europe Ltd.
Avon Tires is one of the United Kingdom’s most established performance tire manufacturers, with a racing heritage spanning more than a century and deep involvement across professional motorsport, historic racing, and ultra-high-performance automotive applications. Through Nova Motorsport, Avon supports racing teams, manufacturers, and performance specialists across Europe with technical products and motorsport-driven innovation.
Under the agreement, Evolve Lubricants Ltd, a division of SPC Europe Ltd, has been created and appointed as the sole and exclusive distributor of Evolve’s passenger car motor oils, performance lubricants, and motorsport racing oils across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and key European markets, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Nordic region with more key markets to follow…

The agreement encompasses Evolve’s full product portfolio, including EvoCore™ passenger car motor oils, EvoSyn® performance lubricants, and Ecorsa Motorsport® racing oils, all manufactured in the United States. Within the territory, products will be supplied exclusively through Evolve Lubricants Ltd, ensuring consistent brand positioning, technical validation, and customer support across aftermarket, performance, and motorsport channels.

Manufacturing will continue at Evolve’s U.S. facilities, supported by an integrated logistics and inventory strategy designed to ensure reliable supply, service continuity, and scalable growth throughout the European territory.
